A promise with a clear boundary
15% Price Promise
Your online price is the baseline. If your installation requires additional work, we’ll show and explain every adjustment upfront. For every project we accept under our Price Promise, the total increase is capped at 15%.
Most installations fall comfortably within our 15% Price Promise. Very occasionally, we may uncover conditions that make a standard installation unusually difficult or expensive. If the verified project would require an increase greater than 15%, we’ll explain the conditions clearly and may provide a separate quote. You can choose whether to proceed, and RBD may also decide that the project is not a suitable fit. No work begins without your approval.
