Napoleon limited manufacturer coverage comes first.
You do not need a True North plan to receive Napoleon warranty coverage. When eligible and registered online within 60 days, all three furnaces include 10-year limited parts and lifetime limited heat-exchanger coverage. Good and Better have a 10-year eligible unit-replacement window; Best has 15 years.

For the original registered owner and spouse in an owner-occupied primary single-family residence, when registered online with Napoleon within 60 days of the original installation. Eligibility and complete terms apply.
Napoleon’s manufacturer warranty covers eligible defective parts. Labour, diagnosis, service or repair charges, and freight are not included. Qualified installation, maintenance, proof of purchase and complete terms apply.
The unit-replacement window is not coverage for every furnace failure. Good and Better carry a 10-year limited window and Best carries a 15-year limited window; each applies only to an eligible heat-exchanger failure during its initial window, and Napoleon chooses the remedy at its discretion. Later eligible heat-exchanger issues may receive prorated wholesale credit under the complete terms.
Without timely registration, coverage is materially shorter: 5-year limited coverage on other parts and 20-year prorated limited heat-exchanger coverage. Complete Napoleon terms control.

Every scheduled visit is a hands-on inspection by an RBD technician — designed to catch small issues before they become expensive ones, and to keep your system running the way it was installed.
Cleaning, repairs, parts, and refrigerant beyond the included inspection and maintenance scope may be separately quoted unless covered by the applicable warranty.

RBD True North is an optional annual protection subscription — not a prepaid multi-year warranty. Each annual payment activates the listed benefits for the following 12 months, and the plan renews annually until cancelled, up to the plan's maximum renewal eligibility. Napoleon's limited parts warranty is provided by and subject to Napoleon's eligibility, registration and warranty terms, and is unaffected by this plan. RBD True North labour coverage is separate and subject to the RBD protection-plan agreement. Final terms are confirmed in the customer agreement.
