What does the RBD True North labour warranty cover?

RBD True North labour coverage is separate from the Napoleon parts warranty and is subject to the RBD protection-plan agreement. It covers eligible labour related to your RBD-installed A/C system during the stated term (2, 5 or 10 years depending on your plan).

What happens after my included maintenance visits are used?

After the included visits are used, annual maintenance remains required during the remainder of the labour-warranty term and is purchased separately unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement. We'll reach out each cooling season to schedule.

Can I upgrade my protection plan?

Yes. You can upgrade within the price builder when you configure your equipment package. Eligible upgrades may also be available after purchase — contact RBD and we'll walk you through the options.

What happens if a repair is not covered?

Non-covered repairs, parts, refrigerant beyond the included scope, or work unrelated to the RBD-installed A/C system may be separately quoted. Shield and Elite plans include savings on non-covered A/C repairs during the plan term.

Is priority service a guaranteed response time?

No. Priority scheduling means eligible plan holders are moved ahead in RBD's service queue when possible — RBD does not promise a guaranteed response time or fixed appointment window.

Each annual payment activates the listed benefits for the following 12 months, and the plan renews annually until cancelled, up to the plan's maximum renewal eligibility. Napoleon's limited parts warranty is provided by and subject to Napoleon's eligibility, registration and warranty terms, and is unaffected by this plan. RBD True North labour coverage is separate and subject to the RBD protection-plan agreement. Final terms are confirmed in the customer agreement.
