For the original registered owner and spouse in an owner-occupied primary single-family residence, when registered online with Napoleon within 60 days of the original installation. Eligibility and complete terms apply.
The 15-year limited unit-replacement window is not coverage for every furnace failure. It applies to an eligible heat-exchanger failure during that initial window, and Napoleon chooses the remedy at its discretion. Later eligible heat-exchanger issues may receive prorated wholesale credit under the complete terms.
Napoleon’s manufacturer warranty covers eligible defective parts. Labour, diagnosis, service or repair charges, and freight are not included. Qualified installation, maintenance, proof of purchase and complete terms apply.
The Ultimate 9700 UV-C bulb has 90-day limited coverage.
